By placing an order, you confirm that you understand and abide by all terms in this store policy.

General

Refunds/replacement items after packages have shipped will only be processed if the error was made on our part. For example:
- The incorrect address was entered on the shipping label and does not match what was provided by the customer.
- Incorrect/missing items that differ from what was ordered. Photographic or video proof of the items and mailer will be required (if possible, an unboxing video would be most helpful).
We are not liable for any loss or damages caused by external parties/couriers during or after the shipping process.
If you have any inquiries, please send us an email. In all cases refunds/replacements will be accepted or denied at the mod team’s discretion.

The Quinya Calendar 2025 will be shipping internationally from the US.
Shipping will not be available to certain areas due to USPS suspensions and other reasons. Currently the list includes:
- Afghanistan, Belarus, Bhutan, Brunei, Haiti, Iran, Lebanon, Mongolia, Niue, Russia, Sudan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Yemen.
Customers are responsible for any VAT/import/customs fees incurred.
Tracking numbers will be sent to the email provided during checkout.

Address changes submitted after 1 week of purchase will not be accepted.
We are not liable for any misdelivered packages due to failure to update us on address changes, or if the incorrect address was given to us by the customer. If such packages are returned to us by the postal service, the customer will bear the cost of redelivery.
